A partly renewed ( eastern half)of an old vacation home on the seaside (6m), with a small pebble beach and boat jetty. Both rooms are with a seaview.The nearest neighbours are 200m away.
The location of the house is its biggest advantage. Its a 5 min walk through an olive grove and you are in a world of your own, away from the remaining crowded areas inside the bay! The bay of Gradina is a shallow max 6metre deep safe anchorage facing west. It has about 80 houses which are mostly rented during the summer months. There is a restaurant “SILOKO” in the bay. During July and August there are many yachts anchored in the bay overnight.

Outdoor BBQ, terrace, rooms with sea view, sunloungers, parasols, pebble beach in front of the house perfect for kids, boat jetty and your own vegetable garden in the back yard with organic grown: tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinni, peppers etc.
Depending on their wishes. Available at all times to help if required. We can assist with arranging boat trips, fresh fish, wine etc….
We do boat /fishing trips with the guests and this usually is the highlight of their vacation.
Fresh water is the biggest concern.
Guests are kindly requested to save water as the house is on an island and very difficult to deliver water. This can of course be done in an emergency, but if you take care shouldnt be a problem.

As they would on their own property. Kindly turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the premises and keep the doors closed when air-con running. The house is on an island sothere is no running water. The water is rain water from a cistern so great care must be taken to save water and use it rationally.
