Luxury Villa Exclusive Karbuni was built with style and detail in mind, thus paying attention to the interior as well as the exterior so that the villa could harmoniously conform to this area. The two floors in the villa are connected with a beautiful marble staircase, while the luxurious and modern rooms have terraces with spectacular views of the sea. The exterior of the villa and its gardens are dominated by stone cascades, which are carefully landscaped with Mediterranean plants.
The main entrance to the villa is located on the second floor. When entering the villa, you will find yourself in the 7 m high spacious atrium, which serves to receive guests. The atrium can also be reached through two separate, closed garage doors that are connected to the villa.
On this floor, there is a south-oriented master bedroom with a large king-size bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. A special feature of this bedroom is the astonishing view of the sea and nearby islands, where you will enjoy romantic moments with the fabulous sunsets. On this floor, there is another room that serves as a study.
The second floor is connected by an internal stone staircase to the first floor, on which you enter into an airy, sunny, south-oriented room with a large and fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area (with table and chairs). Next to it, there is a spacious living room with a leather sofa and a large fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere during the winter months.
This entire area is separated by large glass doors from the terrace, which extends around the entire house and which has a beautiful view of the island of Korcula. The terrace is equipped with sitting furniture and it is the perfect place for enjoying breakfast with a cup of coffee. In the north wing of the villa, there are two more bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms.
During the construction of this villa, particular interest was given to its exterior in order to show the villa in its whole beauty and glory. The villa has many terraces and there are several paved roads that lead to a private beach and dock, where you can enjoy yourself in the shade of the trees or under the warm rays of the sun.
Luxury Villa Exclusive Karbuni is fully air-conditioned. The villa is equipped with LCD satellite TV, CD and DVD players, Internet access, and a safe for storage of values. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, kettle, egg cooker and juicer. It also includes a washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The villa has two garage spaces and offers a private berth for a yacht (up to 30 m). The villa has numerous terraces with sitting furniture and a garden with Mediterranean plants.
